Job Summary

This role is central to maintaining a stable, secure, and future-proof IT landscape for 1000 Satellites. The IT Specialist will manage daily IT operations, ensuring seamless connectivity for employees, customers, and physical locations. Key responsibilities include handling IT support tickets, managing password databases, and overseeing site-specific IT infrastructure (networking, media technology, cameras). A significant part of the job involves IT expansion, including equipping new locations, coordinating service providers, and managing hardware/software for staff onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT education or degree, practical experience in network and system maintenance, strong technical know-how in hardware and software configuration, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers a unique, non-hierarchical (Holacracy) work environment focused on flexibility, autonomy, and professional development, requiring willingness to travel between regions (MRN, Munich, Hamburg).
