The successful candidate will manage the IT budget, oversee IT and digitalization strategy, and lead internal services operations. Key day-to-day responsibilities include leading the department, deputizing for the Division Head in IT matters, acting as the primary representative for IT and digitalization, and managing strategic projects related to E-Files, OZG implementation, and infrastructure. The role requires proven professional experience in IT management and a relevant Master's degree or civil service qualification. Required Skills

Master's degree or University Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Informatics, or eligibility for Career Group 2, Second Entry Level, General Services.

- At least two years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Professional experience in staff leadership (desirable)
- Professional experience in digitalization and innovation management (desirable)
- Professional experience in strategy development (desirable)
- Professional experience and knowledge in Internal Services tasks (desirable)
- Experience in project control according to PRINCE II (desirable)
- Professional experience within the State Civil Service (Landesdienst) (desirable)
