Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for a Managing Director to take overall strategic, economic, and organizational responsibility for VfL Wolfsburg Bildungs gGmbH, a non-profit subsidiary focused on open full-day primary school care in Wolfsburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and developing high-quality, full-day educational services for children, managing a team of approximately 80 employees, and fostering a supportive corporate culture. Key requirements include a university degree in Social Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field, coupled with several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally within the social, pedagogical, or non-profit sector. The role demands strong competencies in budget planning, controlling, grant management, and maintaining external partnerships with municipalities and schools, while upholding all legal and non-profit regulations.
