Job Summary

The Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their Technical Property Management department, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and repair of building technology systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, interdisciplinary construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and extensions of electrical systems. Key day-to-day tasks involve project leadership, cost estimation, tendering, awarding contracts, and construction supervision according to German fee structures (HOAI). You will also handle technical documentation using CAFM and CAD systems, oversee external specialist planners, and ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality standards.
