This role involves providing essential first-level IT support within the Bundeswehr's IT Services Command in Grafschaft. The specialist will operate the User-Help-Desk for the MilNw Community of Interest and the Federated-Service-Desk for BGX Brussels, prioritizing and resolving IT issues. Key responsibilities include conducting error analyses, identifying root causes, researching solutions, and implementing fixes for various IT-specific procedures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Application Development / System Integration), Technical IT System Specialist, IT System Management Assistant, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.

- Must uphold the liberal democratic basic order as per the German Basic Law. Willingness to undergo a health suitability assessment and an extended security clearance (Ü3 level) as per the Federal Security Clearance Act. A successful Ü3 security clearance is mandatory for permanent employment. Possession of a Class B driver's license and a Bundeswehr Class B driver's license (or willingness to acquire both) is desired, along with consent to drive official vehicles. The position is expected to be filled by December 1, 2025.
