Job Summary

This role involves leading a four-person SAP Application Support team, focusing specifically on SAP Real Estate (RE-FX), Maintenance, and Materials Management within a major Berlin housing company. The Team Leader is responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, fostering professional development and ensuring effective collaboration and goal attainment. A core focus includes module support for SAP RE-FX, handling master data management, rent adjustments, and utility cost billing. The successful candidate will coordinate external SAP consultants and IT service providers, managing budgets and quality, and actively plan and steer SAP projects from conception to implementation (e.g., system upgrades and new module introductions). This position requires a background in IT, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, coupled with professional experience in SAP application and basis consulting, and strong leadership capabilities to motivate the team and manage complex situations.
