Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist in Digital Engineering focused on packaging development, specifically within the stretch blow molding process for a world-leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital tools, including database analysis, data interface generation, and simulation tools. Key responsibilities also include acting as the interface between departments for the introduction of new digital technologies, automating development processes in packaging and plastics processing, and leading PET technology development projects. The position requires a background in Physics, Process Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, or Control Engineering, coupled with strong programming skills in Python and C#, and experience in machine learning, data mining, and SQL databases.
