Job Summary

This role is central to shaping the digital future of construction within a leading regional provider of innovative building and plant technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptual design, planning, and dimensioning of technical building systems in the Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS/HVAC/Plumbing) sectors. A core function involves utilizing modern Building Information Modeling (BIM) methods and corresponding software throughout all service phases of the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), from preliminary design to execution. This position requires an individual with a strong background in TGA planning for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, coupled with proven experience in 3D planning and digital construction. The role demands strong communication skills to serve as the competent contact person for architects, clients, and specialist companies, ensuring project oversight and implementing innovative, digital solutions.
