Job Summary
This critical role involves leading and managing the 2nd Level IT Support Team for an established IT system house specializing in customized solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Team Lead is responsible for the technical and organizational direction of the team, managing daily support processes, prioritizing tickets, and ensuring efficient Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Key duties include coordinating complex support cases, handling escalations between customers, technicians, and vendors, and optimizing internal processes and documentation. The successful candidate requires a strong IT background, professional experience in 2nd level support, and deep technical knowledge in Windows Server/Client environments, networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Microsoft 365/Azure. This position offers a key leadership opportunity to actively shape the company's development and operational standards.

Completed IT apprenticeship or university degree in IT.
