Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support, primarily at the service point and onsite, for a leading European IT service provider supporting major clients like Infosys. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of client devices, including configuration, setup, and deployment of PCs, notebooks, printers, and smartphones. Daily tasks include handling user support, documenting incidents and service requests in a ticketing system, and executing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) activities as part of field services. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), proven experience in user and onsite support, and strong customer service orientation. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience

- Experience in basic setup of smartphones
