Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Chemical Laboratory Technician in Hagenbach focuses on ensuring high process quality, primarily through the monitoring of pre-treatment and cathodic dip painting (KTL) systems. Daily responsibilities include performing precise titration analyses, controlling key process parameters, and conducting rigorous quality assurance testing on metal sheets in accordance with stringent automotive standards. The role requires planning and meticulous documentation of corrosion tests following VDA and DIN ISO specifications, managing the inventory of chemicals used for pre-treatment and painting, and collaborating within a team to drive process improvements. Candidates must possess successfully completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), coupled with an interest in quality assurance.
