Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Operating Room Manager to take full operational and strategic responsibility for the OR departments across the Dresden Cluster, specifically the Freital and Pirna locations. The core mission involves ensuring maximum efficiency and high-quality patient care through rigorous capacity planning, workflow optimization, and utilization management. Key daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement measures, and coordinating closely with nursing leadership, medical directors, and anesthesia teams to maintain seamless operations. The manager is also responsible for implementing and monitoring strict quality and hygiene standards and supporting personnel planning. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training as a Health and Nursing Professional with specialized OR training, or be a qualified Anesthetist, preferably holding existing qualifications in OR Coordination or Management, and demonstrating proficiency in resuscitation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Health and Nursing Professional with specialized Operating Room training, OR completed training as an Anesthetist. Qualification in OR Coordination or OR Management is highly desirable.
