Job Summary

This role involves planning and optimizing manufacturing processes specifically within the automotive sector, ensuring seamless operations from conception to industrialization. The Production Planner is responsible for managing equipment within their assigned line segment, encompassing everything from design and specification to procurement and handover. A key focus is developing standardized technical solutions while strictly adhering to time, cost, and quality objectives. The position requires strong communication skills to mediate decisions across development, planning, and operations teams, and involves driving continuous improvement through cross-site knowledge sharing and applying best practices across the production network. Candidates must possess a relevant technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) and proven professional experience in planning and implementing manufacturing systems, coupled with fluency in German and good English skills.
