Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Software Validation Manager passionate about the Pharmaceutical and Life Science sectors, focusing on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing biomarker validation within the LIMS environment, which involves creating and executing detailed test plans. A core function is the continuous development and automation of the testing strategy and concepts. You will actively support LIMS developers and Product Owners by conducting testing, generating test data, providing user support, and conducting training sessions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for data management assistance, acute system error resolution, and the creation and review of essential validation documentation, such as Test Cases and Risk Assessments, in collaboration with the development team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences or Informatics and possesses experience in LIMS or GxP system validation, coupled with strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
