Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels at managing complex technical processes, focusing on the coordination of manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning for advanced ship systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating all production and assembly processes before and during the commissioning of complex ship systems, ensuring technical and scheduling requirements are met for systematic onboard commissioning, and managing interfaces between various trades and departments (Quality, Engineering, Assembly). The coordinator will also organize test procedures, functional tests, and final acceptance with commissioning engineers and clients, while documenting and tracking production defects and change orders. Key qualifications include a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, combined with several years of experience in commissioning technical systems, ideally in a maritime or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of control, regulation, and automation technology (SPS, HMI, SCADA) is essential, along with fluency in both German and English.
