The Database Architect will be responsible for analyzing, conceptualizing, and designing a modern, on-premise database system architecture for a leading association in the German healthcare sector. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities from initial design and implementation to migration and subsequent commissioning of the new environment. A core part of the job is ensuring the stable operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing Oracle and Informix database systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in productive database systems, IT architecture, and system design, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will serve as the central point of contact, collaborating closely with development teams (Java) and system administration, contributing significantly to a high-performing and future-proof health supply system.
