This role involves leading the 'Energy Policy Principles' working group within the Berlin Senate Department for Economy, Energy, and Public Enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating statements on energy supply-related parliamentary proposals and developing energy policy strategies, concepts, and projects. A key aspect of the role is providing professional leadership to a team of four employees, supporting their professional and personal development. The position requires a deep understanding of energy and climate protection policies at the local, national, and EU levels, coupled with strong business administration knowledge and project management skills. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Economics or Business Administration. For civil servants, eligibility for the second entry-level of career group 2 of the general non-technical administrative service is required.

Experience

  • Experience in energy policy, energy supply, or climate protection
