Job Summary

The Project Assistant will serve as the central point of contact and project secretariat for selected projects and sub-projects, ensuring smooth administrative and organizational flow. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings and workshops, managing protocols, coordinating visitor registration, and handling catering logistics. Furthermore, you will actively support the Project Lead with defined project tasks, including quality management activities, editing technical project documents according to internal standards, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in line with internal guidelines. A critical component of the role involves utilizing tools like SAP, Excel, and PowerBI (and potentially AI tools) to create detailed analyses and reports, providing crucial support to project controlling. You will also monitor deadlines and risks, proactively informing the Project Lead of deviations and proposing corrective measures. Coordinating dependencies, overseeing change and configuration management, and executing necessary communication tasks are vital to this dynamic coordination role, ensuring project structure and progress are maintained effectively.
