Job Summary

This role involves becoming a crucial technical expert responsible for the full lifecycle management of advanced water treatment systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring precise and reliable commissioning of equipment on-site, and conducting regular maintenance, functional checks, and repairs to guarantee long-term, compliant operation. A key part of the role is troubleshooting technical faults, both remotely and on-site, and providing expert technical training to customer operating staff. The Service Technician is also responsible for structured documentation of assignments and providing feedback to development teams for continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology, possesses foundational knowledge in electrical engineering and mechanics, and demonstrates fluent German skills (C1).
