Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Munich is an opportunity for a qualified Engineer specializing in Building Services or Hospital Operations Technology to train as an officially recognized Technical Expert (Prüfsachverständiger) according to State Building Regulations. The role involves starting with a comprehensive qualification program before transitioning into the inspection of safety-relevant building systems. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the inspection of ventilation systems, smoke extraction systems (natural and mechanical), smoke control pressurization systems, CO warning systems, and potentially fire extinguishing systems. Candidates will serve as a key consultant to clients, ensuring compliance with building codes and relevant standards (DIN, VDI). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering or similar, possesses at least four years of professional experience in supply technology, and is proficient in modern IT/EDP tools.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Supply Engineering, Hospital Operations Technology, or comparable field of study. Further training for energy inspection (EnEV §12) or hygiene inspection (VDI 6022 Cat. A) is desirable.

Experience

  • At least four years of professional experience in supply technology
  • Experience with a focus on room ventilation technology or fire extinguishing systems is desirable
  • Professional experience in the construction, operation, planning, or maintenance of supply technology systems
