Job Summary

This role involves taking on technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for employees within a designated facility management property in Karlsruhe. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed-upon services, managing the object team, planning personnel deployment, and guaranteeing the internal cost allocation for assigned employees. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as a certified Electrical Engineering Technician, Master Electrician, or equivalent. Professional experience in the field is advantageous, and a Class B driving license is desirable.
