Job Summary

This role involves taking on technical and disciplinary leadership for staff within a specific facility management object for a market-leading client in Germany. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for the client regarding all aspects of technical building management, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Key responsibilities include steering the object team, planning personnel deployment, and managing internal cost allocation for assigned employees. Candidates must hold a qualification as a Certified Electrical Engineering Technician, Master Electrician, or equivalent. While prior professional experience is advantageous, the position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage complex technical services within the facility management sector. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Nuremberg area.
