Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Engineer, Specialist Planner, or Construction Supervisor to manage and execute projects in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), focusing specifically on electrical engineering. Based in the greater Osnabrück area, the Specialist Planner will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final realization and construction supervision. The work involves applying modern software to create innovative, flexible, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions for new and existing buildings, serving both public and private clients. Candidates must be prepared to work independently, contribute creatively to complex projects, and utilize planning services according to the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers). Required Skills
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience as an Engineer, Specialist Planner, or Construction Supervisor
- Experience in managing projects from the initial concept phase through to realization
- Experience in providing planning services according to the HOAI
- Professional experience in Electrical Building Services Engineering
