Job Summary

This Senior Hardware Engineer role involves the comprehensive development and lifecycle management of electronic products, focusing heavily on analogue and digital circuit design while ensuring strict adherence to international standards like EMC/EMI (CE, FCC, IC, RED). The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining hardware architecture, conceptualizing designs, and creating specifications. Key responsibilities include extensive laboratory work, prototyping, and taking ownership of international product certification processes (UL/CSA/ETL, battery, product safety). The position requires a degree in electrical engineering and significant experience in high-speed design, power/signal integrity, and EMC-compliant design, along with expertise in microcontrollers and serial communication buses. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, with German skills being a valuable asset, making this a crucial technical role in the telecommunication deep-tech space.
