Job Summary
This critical role involves spearheading the planning and implementation of new or modified products into the production environment across various German locations. The Project Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured manner. Day-to-day tasks include defining and updating project requirements, detailed planning of the product introduction process—including prototype and pre-series planning, materialization, and production—as well as comprehensive project controlling and documentation. You will also conduct necessary training and optimize work plan creation. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with at least five years of experience leading projects and teams within electro-technical value chains.
