- Experience in operating plants, pumping stations, and sludge dewatering units
- Experience with on-call duty and flood protection measures
Languages

- Class B driving license required
- Class 3 (old) or C1E driving license desirable
- Physical resilience and health suitability for work in enclosed wastewater facilities, confined spaces, and at heights, including handling biological materials
- Swimming certificate (minimum Bronze/Freischwimmer)
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Residence in Celle or the immediate vicinity due to on-call duty
