This role involves supporting the digital transformation of the Saxon State Budget, focusing on the integrated IT ecosystem for Budget, Treasury, and Accounting (HKR). The specialist will be crucial in managing the full lifecycle of requirements, from initial capture and analysis to documentation (User Stories, Backlogs) within agile teams. Key responsibilities also include active participation in Release Management, coordinating release planning, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring compliance with quality and legal standards during the integration of new functions. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree, demonstrable expertise in Requirements and Release Management (potentially certified, e.g., IREB® or SAFe®), and at least two years of professional experience in an IT environment. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Bachelor or Diploma) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Economics, Innovation Management, Communication and Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable Humanities, Social, or Natural Science field. Certification in Requirements Management (e.g., IREB®) or Release Management (e.g., SAFe®) is advantageous.
