Job Summary

Join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of Germany's public sector through digital transformation. As a (Senior) Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing complex digitization projects for federal, state, and municipal authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT consulting projects, supporting clients in executing digital initiatives, and developing innovative solution strategies and concepts, particularly focusing on the Online Access Act (OZG) and the Once Only Principle (Register Modernization). The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of consulting experience, ideally within public administration, coupled with a strong interest in political topics and public sector digitization. Success requires expertise in process modeling (preferably FIM standard), stakeholder management, and confident workshop moderation and presentation skills. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a high-impact environment, working flexibly from Cologne with home office options, and contributing directly to modernizing administrative services for citizens and businesses.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Political Science, Administrative Science, Administrative Informatics, Law, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification demonstrating suitability for the field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience as a consultant
Professional experience in public administration (ideal)
Experience with the Online Access Act (OZG) and EfA (One-for-All) projects (desirable)
