The (Senior) Consultant Public Sector will play a pivotal role in driving the modernization of German public administration, focusing on implementing key digitalization initiatives like the Online Access Act (OZG) and the Once Only principle through register modernization. This involves providing high-level IT and strategy consulting to federal, state, and municipal authorities. Daily responsibilities include designing strategies, optimizing organizational structures and processes, and developing innovative solution concepts in interdisciplinary project teams. The ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years of consulting experience, ideally within the administrative sector, coupled with specific knowledge of OZG, EfA projects, and process modeling standards like FIM. Required Skills

Education
