Job Summary
Join a dynamic consulting unit and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public sector digitalization in Germany. This role involves actively contributing to and managing IT consulting projects focused on modernizing administrative services, particularly those related to the Online Access Act (OZG) and the Once Only Principle (Register Modernization). Day-to-day tasks include designing strategies, optimizing organizational structures and processes for federal, state, and municipal authorities, and developing innovative solution concepts based on client requirements. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of consulting experience, ideally within public administration, coupled with a passion for political topics and digital transformation. This position offers the flexibility of working from Munich with extensive home office options, allowing you to make a tangible societal impact through digital solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Political Science, Administrative Science, Administrative Informatics, Law, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification demonstrating suitability for the field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a consultant
- Experience in public administration is ideal
- Initial experience with EfA projects is desirable
