Job Summary

This role is designed for a Consultant passionate about shaping the future of public administration through digitalization, focusing specifically on the German Public Sector. Day-to-day, the consultant will be integral to the Consulting Unit, managing and contributing to challenging IT consulting projects. Key responsibilities include guiding public sector clients (federal, state, and municipal levels) in implementing digitalization projects, developing strategies, optimizing organizational structures, and refining processes. A core focus will be on implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) services, potentially utilizing the 'One-for-All' principle, and supporting the 'Once Only' principle through register modernization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in relevant fields (e.g., Political Science, Public Administration, IT) and possesses initial consulting experience, particularly within administration.
