Job Summary

This role supports the digital transformation of the Saxon State budget, working within the HKR Competence Center (Budget, Treasury, and Accounting) to manage the rollout and organizational change aspects of a modern IT ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating the introduction of new applications and system changes, creating and maintaining rollout plans, documenting implementation results, and supporting organizational changes within projects. The specialist will also handle change requests, identify resistance, and develop measures to guide employees and management in adopting new working methods. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in IT, business informatics, or organizational development, who possess strong change management skills (e.g., Prosci or ITIL knowledge) and experience implementing new processes within large organizations or public authorities.
