Job Summary

This is a key Technical Sales Specialist role focused on solution-oriented selling of specialized machinery within the paper, cardboard, and packaging industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive key account management, strategic identification and development of new markets, and rigorous project follow-up, guiding customers through complex decision-making processes. The position requires close collaboration with Product Management and Development teams to ensure the successful implementation of customized client solutions. Ideal candidates possess a strong technical background, preferably a degree in Chemistry, Fiber Technology, or Paper Technology, combined with proven experience in technical sales. This position offers extensive initial training, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and requires fluent English negotiation skills and a high willingness to travel.
