Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT Administrator to join a central administration team in Berlin Mitte, focusing on managing the organization's comprehensive domain structure. The administrator will be responsible for client and server management using tools like MECM/Intune, Office 365, and email functionalities. Key daily tasks include providing 2nd and 3rd level support, both directly and via remote assistance, to educational institutions and specialized departments. The position involves active participation in various IT projects, maintaining and improving existing systems, and contributing to the planning of future software standards and strategic IT decisions. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience with Microsoft on-premise products and cloud systems, strong knowledge of Windows Server, and foundational understanding of networking and virtualization.
