Job Summary

This role is a pivotal point of contact between local users and an international IT team, focusing on the stability and advancement of the IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd-level support, administer and maintain Windows-based server and client environments, and manage the local network infrastructure including LAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewalls. They will also ensure system availability and IT security, support applications like SAP and Prisma, and manage IT peripherals. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to IT modernization projects and process optimization within an international setting, working closely with the parent company's IT department in Italy.
