Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Digital Native eager to actively shape the digitalization of quality processes within a global pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The specialist will be crucial in maintaining and advancing established digital systems in the GMP field, acting as a Key User for tools like SAP DMS, SAP Inspection Planning, QM systems, Power BI, and SharePoint. Day-to-day tasks involve participating in digitalization projects to optimize quality and business processes, ensuring data integrity, defining requirements for new digital solutions, and managing documentation (maintenance, release monitoring, training status). The position requires strong communication skills to serve as the interface between the Quality department and various local and international departments, coupled with a precise, structured, and self-reliant working style. Excellent German and English proficiency is mandatory, along with a technical degree or relevant training, preferably with an IT focus.
