Job Summary

This Senior International IT Project Manager role is crucial for driving the global digitalization strategy and IT security agenda across BPW's international subsidiary network. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing central IT governance, coordinating regional IT requirements, and managing the effective rollout and operation of core IT services worldwide. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and controlling IT service processes based on ITIL standards, managing critical incidents, and monitoring relevant KPIs. You will also be tasked with creating and controlling SLAs/OLAs, supporting IT audits, and managing budget planning within the IT service domain. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, and proven experience as a Product Owner in agile teams.
