Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to join a growing technical service team, focusing on the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of modern medical technology systems across North and Northeast Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing technical fault analysis, conducting electrical safety inspections according to regulations, and providing technical instruction and support to customers on-site. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Medical Technician) and possesses the authorization to perform electrical work and safety checks. This position requires strong independence, a structured approach to problem-solving, and regular travel within the service area (potentially 1–2 overnight stays per week). Success in this role demands excellent customer orientation, good German skills, and a collaborative spirit for working closely with sales and international support teams. The position offers a secure, long-term contract in an international company with structured training and a company car.
