Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman to join MITNETZ STROM, a major regional distribution network operator in Eastern Germany, focusing on preparing the grid for the energy future. The primary focus of the position is the management and support of existing and future charging infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the responsible electrical specialist, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations, and providing technical guidance to assigned staff. You will organize and supervise maintenance and inspection work, manage technical documentation, oversee material inventory, and actively participate in procurement processes. Furthermore, the role involves conducting technical acceptances, commissioning new systems, and assessing grid conditions to derive necessary technical measures. The ideal candidate possesses structured, solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills, with professional experience in the energy supply sector being highly advantageous.
