Job Summary

This role involves managing technical teams and overseeing all technical operations within assigned properties in Frankfurt am Main, focusing heavily on technical facility management, particularly in climate, cooling, and ventilation technology. The Object Manager is responsible for the economic control of projects, including strict budget and cost management, ensuring all contractual agreements are maintained, and coordinating various service areas for FM clients. Key qualifications include a technical background (vocational training, master craftsman, technician, or degree in relevant engineering or facility management fields) and solid professional experience in technical facility management. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for technology, excellent communication abilities for liaising with clients and authorities, and fluency in both German and English.
