Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the planning, organization, and realization of complex Technical Building Services (TGA) projects, specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HKLS) systems. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams, manage external contractors, and ensure strict adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards across all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). A key aspect is optimizing technical designs and calculations, ensuring compliance with all relevant norms and regulations, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. Candidates must possess a relevant engineering degree (B.Eng., M.Eng., or Dipl.-Ing.) in fields like Building Services or Supply Engineering, coupled with multi-year professional experience in TGA planning and project leadership, and proficiency in planning software like AutoCAD, Revit, or liNear.
