Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Laboratory Lead (MTLA) to manage and oversee the laboratory team in a highly specialized clinic focusing on Orthopedics and Hand Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical validation and monitoring of various laboratory analyses, including Clinical Chemistry, Immunohematology, Hematology, and Hemostaseology. Key daily tasks involve team leadership, ensuring continuous staff development, workflow organization, workplace planning, and strict adherence to quality standards. The position requires a certified Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant with extensive clinical laboratory experience. While leadership experience is preferred, strong organizational skills, high initiative, and the willingness to participate in shift work, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duty, are essential.
