This role seeks a dedicated Renewable Energy Project Developer in Potsdam to manage complex energy projects (Wind, PV, Sector Coupling) across the state of Brandenburg, guiding them from initial concept through to final permitting and construction readiness. Daily tasks involve rigorous coordination of planning processes with internal technical teams and extensive external communication with critical interest groups, including local authorities, municipalities, and landowners. A key component of the job is supporting land acquisition and leading negotiations. Successful candidates must hold an engineering or natural science degree and possess experience in project management, particularly concerning regulatory planning for facilities requiring permits (BImSchG).
