Job Summary

This is a key leadership role overseeing the construction supervision team for extensive maintenance, expansion, and new construction projects within Germany's federal highway network, focusing specifically on route construction and civil engineering. The successful candidate will assume full project responsibility, managing planning, control, and quality assurance for multi-million Euro measures in compliance with HOAI standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading and advising the team, preparing detailed cost calculations, evaluating technical variants for economic feasibility, conducting mandatory safety audits, and managing project contracts (VOB). You must hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, possess significant professional experience in construction supervision, and demonstrate strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and effective delegation.
