Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring efficient and stable production workflows by focusing on the conception and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes. The Production Technician will coordinate prototype and initial sample processes, providing hands-on instruction and support to assembly personnel. A key responsibility involves guaranteeing and continuously improving quality standards for electronic assemblies, components, devices, and systems. Day-to-day tasks include independently analyzing and resolving technical issues, conducting risk and hazard assessments, and creating and maintaining technical documentation, work instructions, and repair and maintenance concepts. The ideal candidate possesses a professional background in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanics, coupled with practical experience in assembly environments and process automation, and is proficient in MS Office and SAP applications.
