Job Summary
This long-term, full-time position in Halver seeks a dedicated Materials Tester responsible for ensuring product quality and adherence to strict specifications. Day-to-day tasks include executing various testing procedures, conducting detailed analyses, and meticulously inspecting workpieces. A key responsibility is monitoring and verifying quality requirements and specified tolerances using designated measuring instruments. The role requires thorough documentation of all test results. Candidates should bring long-term professional experience in materials testing, preferably coupled with a relevant technical education, and must possess certifications in non-destructive testing (NDT), specifically Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). Required Skills
Education
Relevant technical education (Ausbildung) is advantageous; Certifications in PT, UT, or MT are mandatory.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in materials testing
- Professional experience in conducting test procedures and analyses
- Experience in monitoring and verifying quality requirements and tolerances
Languages
Additional
- Must possess one of the following NDT certifications (ZFP-Scheine): PT – Penetrant Testing, UT – Ultrasonic Testing, or MT – Magnetic Particle Testing.
