This role is for a specialized Service Technician focusing on advanced energy systems, including Fuel Cells, Batteries, and Electrolyzers, serving clients primarily in the Bamberg, Erlangen, and Nuremberg areas. Day-to-day tasks involve executing technical service deployments, encompassing the testing, calibration, maintenance, and assembly of required measuring technology and test stands. The technician is expected to independently troubleshoot and eliminate faults, conduct customer consultations (on-site, telephonic, or online), and ensure strict adherence to quality specifications. Key qualifications include a completed technical education or technician degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering. Candidates should preferably have experience with test stands and measurement systems, along with expertise in the safe handling of flammable gases.
