Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Service Technician focused on specialized emissions measurement systems within the engineering sector, based in Wolfsburg. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of these critical systems, including routine maintenance, precise calibration, new system installation, and commissioning. You will be responsible for implementing modernization projects, performing complex fault analysis, and executing necessary repair work. A key component of the job is providing expert training and support to customers regarding system operation and usage, while also documenting all service assignments and generating detailed reports. Candidates must hold a completed Technician qualification or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, possess fluent German and basic English skills, and crucially, be prepared for extensive travel, requiring approximately 120 to 130 hotel nights per year.
