Service Engineer, Emissions Measurement Systems | Service-Ingenieur Emissionsmesssysteme (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a Service Engineer specializing in emissions measurement systems, based in Oberursel, focusing on providing technical support and ensuring the quality and functionality of particle measurement technology. Day-to-day tasks involve quality checking new equipment, performing maintenance, repairs, and calibration of measurement devices in the in-house laboratory, and offering technical support to customers via phone, remote access, or on-site visits in the Frankfurt area. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing and conducting technical training sessions for both internal and external clients, contributing to product improvement, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Field Service Teams. Key requirements include an Engineering degree (or equivalent technical qualification) in Measurement, Electrical, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, along with strong IT skills and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach. Good written and spoken English skills are essential for success in this international environment.
