Service Technician North-West Germany / BENELUX | Service-Techniker Nord-West-D / BENELUX (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field services for emissions measurement systems across North-West Germany and the BENELUX region. The Service Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of these systems, including routine maintenance, calibration, installation, and commissioning of both new and demonstration units. A core part of the job is hands-on repair and detailed fault analysis directly at customer sites, coupled with executing modernization projects. Furthermore, the technician will train and support customers in the operation of proprietary systems, assist with mechatronic test systems, and offer technical consulting on issues, spare parts, and consumables. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, a willingness to travel extensively, and fluency in both German and English to effectively serve an international client base.
